1. Write to your Councillor to ban high-carbon advertising

If you want to see change in your local area to exclude harmful ads, you can write to your local Councillor.
2. Find out more: Behind the greenwash event
Find out more about how corporate advertising damages human rights and environment and what we can do about it, at our upcoming panel and Q&A event.
Hear from guest speakers including human rights consultant Elizabeth Harrop, author of the Adfree Cities report ‘At What Cost’, Anna Bryher, Director of Advocacy at Labour Behind the Label and Robert Noyes, Campaigner and Researcher at Platform.
3. Join or start your local Adblock group
The Adfree Cities network has Adblock groups around the UK who would love to hear from you. We work with local communities to stop new digital billboards, remove existing billboards where we can, work to create policy change, and showcase arts, nature and ad-free space as positive alternatives to corporate advertising. Find your local group and get involved!
