Adblock Reading and Wokingham is a new addition to Adfree Cities. We are a new group and are just beginning to get active. 

We are volunteers who are concerned about the impact of corporate advertising on our wellbeing, environment, health, climate, community and the local economy. We lobby for policy changes at local levels, offer alternatives, and we are currently organising to prevent new advertising sites, as well as campaigning to try to remove the existing structure currently in front of Reading Station’s south entrance. 

We hope to be providing resources in the near future to raise awareness about the impact of commercial advertising.
